Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain, logistics, manufacturing operations, and customer fulfillment processes across India.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities: procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.

• Collaborate with both local and global teams to design supply chain solutions that meet business goals in cost, quality, and timeliness.

• Build lasting relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.

• Use data analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure operational efficiency.

• Monitor supply chain performance, analyze trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve service while reducing costs.

• Ensure strict compliance with Indian and regional regulations, aligning with industry best practices and the company’s values of inclusion.

• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Act as a key escalation point for complex supply chain and logistics challenges.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing operations, or customer fulfillment roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Expertise in supply chain tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.

• Proven success working in cross-functional, culturally diverse teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with sustainability initiatives and cost-saving supply chain strategies.

• Relevant certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or Six Sigma.

• Familiarity with the Indian regulatory environment for logistics and manufacturing.
