About the Role

A leading international retail and sourcing group is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Operations Manager to join their team in the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth import operations, distribution center (DC) management, and 3PL performance across the market.

You will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers to secure a seamless flow of goods, as well as managing inbound and outbound logistics for retail store distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with 3PL providers, customs brokers, and transport partners to ensure timely clearance, delivery, and service excellence.
• Monitor inbound container flows and align with DC capacity planning.
• Oversee outbound operations to retail stores, ensuring high service levels and timely dispatch.
• Drive DC inventory management activities, including cycle counts, variance analysis, and reconciliation.
• Validate invoices and ensure cost accuracy across service providers.
• Lead logistics execution during peak seasons and new store launches.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOP reviews, and risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management (Master’s preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally in a retail, FMCG, or 3PL environment.
• Solid knowledge of customs clearance, DC operations, transport planning, and 3PL management.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong vendor management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
