Operations Manager – Manufacturing | Thailand
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Summary:
We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Operations Manager to lead a critical manufacturing facility in Thailand.
This role will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, including production, engineering, and maintenance, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure targets across quality, cost, delivery, and safety are achieved
• Driving lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Overseeing both Production and Engineering functions, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency
• Optimizing manufacturing resources, improving productivity, and strengthening operational KPIs (including OEE and waste reduction)
• Developing a high-performance culture and building strong operational teams

We are particularly interested in leaders who bring:
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong exposure to operations leadership across production and engineering
• Proven experience driving Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing initiatives
• A track record of leading teams and delivering operational performance improvements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
