Senior People & Capability (HR) Manager
Location: Makati, Philippines
Function: People & Capability / Human Resources
Reports To: Country Manager (with dotted-line collaboration to Group People & Capability leadership)
Direct Reports: None initially (works closely with line managers and team members)
Key Internal Stakeholders: Team Members and Line Managers across the dedicated business unit
Key External Stakeholders: Vendors and Partners

Primary Purpose of the Role

Partner with a dedicated client group to deliver high-quality people solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Identify future functional capability needs, succession gaps, and talent pipeline requirements.

Contribute to the development and implementation of People & Capability initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Act as the first point of contact for all People & Capability matters within your assigned client group.

Provide input into the development of organisational capability strategies and deliver on agreed initiatives.

Manage and influence key business decisions related to workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.

Support managers in performance management, employee engagement, and change management activities.

Identify and implement succession plans, training needs, and career development programs.

Partner with central Centres of Excellence (COEs) to leverage group-wide HR policies and practices.

Track key performance measures such as stakeholder feedback, turnover and attrition, and capability uplift.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Advanced Diploma or higher preferred).

Experience:
-
Proven generalist HR/People & Capability experience in a complex, multi-site organisation.

10–15 years of total HR experience with increasing responsibilities.

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Exposure to COE models and leveraging shared service environments.

Experience working with technology or digital platforms (SuccessFactors exposure preferred but not essential).
