Compensation: INR 44,00,000 – 48,00,000 CTC
About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of the world’s fastest-growing global consumer companies. This role will play a critical part in supporting end-to-end customer supply chain operations for the India business, while closely collaborating with stakeholders across EMEIA.
This is a unique opportunity to join at a greenfield stage in India, helping shape and build the supply chain foundation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment across markets.
- Manage vendor relationships, logistics partners, and procurement coordination.
- Support demand and supply planning, monitoring inventory, and replenishment.
- Handle documentation for import/export compliance.
- Collaborate with regional teams in the UK and Europe to align supply chain activities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track KPIs.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in supply chain coordination, planning, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes and compliance in India.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional, international teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
