Job Description
This senior role will lead regional financial strategy, governance, and commercial decision-making across a multi-country sourcing footprint. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure financial resilience, optimise cost structures, and contribute to long-term growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

Serve as a trusted finance partner to the COO and executive leadership team

Shape medium- and long-term business strategy and capability roadmap for the sourcing organisation

Work collaboratively with sourcing, supply chain, and transformation teams to drive efficiency and margin improvement

Lead investment analysis, strategic planning, and cross-regional financial risk management
Financial Management & Performance

Own annual planning cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting

Monitor and enhance key business performance indicators including supplier economics, cost optimisation, and sourcing efficiency

Provide commercial insight and financial modelling to support decision-making across markets
Governance, Compliance & Controls

Strengthen financial governance, systems alignment, and process excellence across the region

Ensure compliance with internal policies, global finance standards, and local regulatory requirements

Enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy
Cash Flow & Cost Efficiency

Ensure strong cash flow management across business units

Negotiate efficiencies with service partners to support cost discipline

Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions
What You Bring

Master's degree in finance, accounting or business; CPA / ACCA / CA qualified

~15 years of finance leadership experience, ideally in a sourcing, supply chain, retail or trading environment

Strong knowledge of taxation, audit and compliance across Asian markets

Track record in driving financial strategy, operational performance, and business transformation

Commercial acumen and experience building investment cases for growth and capability development

Hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, integrity, and executive influence

Ability to partner cross-functionally and lead high-performing teams

Curious, proactive, and willing to immerse in operational detail to support informed decision-making
